This is the third time this has happened i buy the mtn bolt or uncapped data for 24 hours, the advertised download speed is 128kb/s and i cant even get 20kb/s. Then i try to call the call centre and i hold for more than 10 mins. First time i am told i am being transfered to the data department and the phone cuts off. Since morning i have been trying to call 173 and told we are busy call later. i mean this is a professional company hire more people if you are not coping.
honestly if there was a way to reverse the R50 and cancel the uncapped data because when its slow to the extent that i can't open facebook then it not worth anything.
Please improve on your call centre i don't want to be holding on for 10 minutes to speak to a consultant and get cut off afterwards.
