Bad service from Vodashop Woodlands & Vodacom Care

I upgraded my cell phone last year and was put under the impression from the sales agent that the phone I am getting is LTE capable. After doing some research I found that the specific S4 mini model (I9190) that they gave me is not LTE capable and it is only the I9195 and I9197 models that are LTE capable. After going to the store, they said that there is nothing they can do, further they said that if I want LTE there is a R40 pm charge that Vodacom charges for people to be able to use LTE (which they don't tell their customers about). This is also incorrect and makes Vodacom look seriously untrustworthy! I contacted customer care at Vodacom about the complaint, and their service is just as bad! Refusing to help, despite numerous emails and phone calls, I ended up with a response that that states "... the onus rests with the buyer to confirm all features of the handset prior to completing the purchase..." Hence the only thing I can deduce is that it is ok that the sales person to you (whether it is intentional or not) because there is, and I quote "... no recording or email documentation which supports this except for what was signed..."
