Staff captured details incorrectly

I upgraded my contract approximately on the 12 August 2013. I also took out an additional contract. Petunia had captured all the details. 2 days later and our new phones were still not activated. The store contacted me and stated that petunia had captured the information wrong. Therefafter my phone was activated but my data bundle was not activated without my knowledge. Unknown to me i was been billed out of bundle rates. When i phone 808 they told me it would take 7 to 10 working days to resolve. During this time my additional phone still had not been activated. Petunia started to ignore my messages and then i had to visit the store where ALbertino who claimed to be her supervisor stated he will take the matter over. A day later my additional phone was activated. However i was also lead to believe by Petunia, Albertino and 808 that my data that is unused will carry over for a month. After a few months i have noticed this is not the case. When i enquired with Albertino he became abusive and also used obscene languages at me. When i try calling the store it is always engaged and i feel intimidated to visit that store. Albertino also indicated to me that i must see him as a threat
