Failure to deliver on their promotion

On the 25/10/13 I received an MTN starter pack when making a purchase at the store, it had a promotion of R180 MTN pay as you go airtime MTN to MTN only which was valid until the 31/10/13, the sim could not be used as it said it was Rica barred. I then went to the store again and it was re Rica again, I received the Rica sms on the 30th but still could not use it, I went to the store and could not be assisted, 31st I called MTN client care and they said the sim was not active and they tried to help with no success until they told me to go to there store as the sim had an in store promo, on my arrival at the store Kgomotso called his head office and I left without a response that day, I then went the following day and was told the promotion was over that's it, I told kgomotso that he knew I had been getting problems b4 the pro ended he advice me to call their client care, I did do that and was given a reference number I was told someone would contact me but a week has past and no one has been in contact with me. Ref: 227324 disappointed with the service and the fact that no one wants to take responsibility its not my fault that the sim was not register properly the 1st time
