Poort Service and Bad Attitude

My girlfriends phone was and i had to report it in order to blacklist it. Due to me being a Vodacom user, i have to pay to call MTN to report this because no one else i was in contact with at that moment was a MTN user. This i had no problem with so i called. I firstly had to wait over 5 min to get through and when i did i was told that the MTN system is down. I then asked if they can please call me back as i am a Vodacom user and my second contract which was with MTN which is the number my girlfriend was using was the phone that was and i could not call back again. MTN is responsible for inconvieniencing me due to the system being down so i would expect them to take responsibility and offer to call back seeing that that this was them inconvieniencing me and that this was a mater of urgency. Tabang on the other had just kept informing me that the more i am wasting my airtime and i can call back in an hour. No regard or sympathy considering that maybe the person could be a little traumatized from what He/She went through today. He was just plain rude!! When asked to speak to a manager he just said there is none and that they do not work on Saturday's. Poor ALL AROUND!!
