Bought a once data bundle (100mb - R29) on *111#, and the bundle never came through, called 111 and they said i should wait only 1 hour. 2 hours later i phone back and they could not help or even tell me why it has not gone through, my matter was escalated which did not help what so ever. i spent over an hour trying to get hold of anyone who could help me but not even a manager knew what to do and refused to let me speak to anyone above them in the chain of command. it was such a simple request and could not be dealt with. i am extremely upset with Vodacom and would like urgent response to this.
