I recently have upgraded my currant contract and taken another contract out with Virgin Mobile. I was told they would contact me back with in 3 hours to confirm approval. I had to phone and follow up later the afternoon as I got no feedback. I got delivery of both new phones on Tuesday. Both sim cards had not been activated, I phoned and followed the instructions. One simcard was activated the other is according to them pending?? only to find out the one contract is a prepaid simcard that has been send?? I contacted virgin and the simcard supplied for the one phone was not the correct simcard supplied. Really you think? I was then told that by Wednesday morning the simcard will be recitfied and airtime would me available. It is Thursday night guess what... still no active contracts. We have been speaking to numoures people who all say the same by tomorrow and still nothing happens. So I have one simcard that is defective which will take 7 days to correct and another contract that is worth nothing. I think this is pathetic. It has costed me R150 worth of airtime to try and speak to the relevant people as I'm lucky if I get through on the call centre.
