Poor Service

I gave my phone in at Virgin mobile Cape Gate branch, just before Christmas. First of All I stood in the store for almost 40 minutes just so they can help me. Then I gave them more or less a month. I phoned today to ask when my phone will be ready/ The first reponse was that I should phone customer service. I then told the assistant why? I then gave the phone in by them. VIRGIN MOBILE STAFF are unfriendly unhelpfull and the general service delivery is of the worst kind. I just cancelled two of my contracts with them and cant wait for my current one to expire. I have been with them for more then 6 years and I must say in the last year I have had problem upon problem. Its just never ending. Now I have to phone them to check when my phone will be available. I had to beg for a lone phone in the first place and its a phone. To make things more wonderfull they inserted my SD simcard into a phone that uses a normal simcard. I cant get the sim out now. But in the end of the day what can you do? Nothing!!! Nothing ever gets done!! I spend endless hours phoning and sending emails. Virghin mobile is a disgrace.
