Virgin Blackberry Support Pathetic

I have 4 Virgin Blackberry contracts and it is paid via debit order on the 25th of every month. On approximately 26 July Virgin contacted me, informing me that my debit order was returned (approximately R 2000). I checked my bank account and found that my salary was not paid into it on the 25th. I followed this up with our HR section and they informed me that my salary would only be paid on the 31st, since I had resigned and my last working day was the 31st July (I started my own business from the 1st August.) I phoned Virgin back and explained the situation and committed to pay on the 1st August, which I did. However, since the 25th July my BIS-service on my cell number only (not the other 3 contracts - they were working perfectly) has been not working. Since than I cannot get emails and reminders on my Blackberry and my phone does not sync with my PC and Note. I have been trying via the Virgin helpline since then to get my Blackberry up and running, but have had no success. Today, after 3 hours at my cost to the Virgin helpline, I was told that I must hand in my phone for repairs and then wait up to 24 working days to get it returned! This is ridiculous!
