First Altech Autopage send me an sms (in these days of sms scamming) that I did not pay (my credit card number changed and I forgot to update it). As soon as I realised this, I phoned them yesterday telling them I had made a manual payment and also provided them with my new credit card details. Not long after that they suspended my account. This morning a wonderful lady assisted me and my account was activated. Now I receive an sms that they want to deducted both this and last months amount from me at the end of December. If they were planning to deduct the amount in arrears the following payment run, WHY IN THE DID THEY SUSPEND MY ACCOUNT IN THE FIRST PLACE, LEAVING ME STRANDED NOT BEING ABLE TO CONTACT PEOPLE!!!
