Telkom Account taken to Credit Bureau

After moving my account from my name to my companies name for some reason they never moved across the outstanding amount. I received a phone call from Telkom a month later saying that I had an outstanding amount and if I did not pay they would take the matter up with the Credit Bureau, I payed the outstanding amount straight away and they had confirmed payment. Now 5 months later I am applying for vehicle finance and they finance lady has informed me that Telkom has taken me to the Credit Bureau and the rate that the bank is willing to give me is way above what I would have got if Telkom did not mess up and send my account to the Credit Bureau. My account is actually in credit with Telkom. I am furious this is going to cost me a fortune now as my rate is 2% higher than it should have been.
