CELL C NOT TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR OVERBILLING

I opened my account on the 1st November 2012 at Festival Mall, a iphone straight up R279 payment plan which was explained to me at Festival Mall that once my usuage is used up i will still only pay the .99c a call and .15 data usuage but that for the next 3 months the overdue amounts will be deducted from my bank account. Two weeks into the plan I get a sms saying that I have a R400 credit and that if I want more I must contact Cell C which I did and was surprised that without my consent they had given me a R800 credit once I had used up my sms, calls, data usuage. I immediately asked for a billing account to check why my usuage was so high and was promised one within 48 hours. To-date I am still waiting for the billing dispute I had with Cell C and if this was rectified in the month of November and I received a bill I would then have been aware that what I was told at Festival Mall's sales team was a and that if I went over my quota I now get charged .99c instead of .15c of my data bundle I ONLY RECEIVED MY FIRST BILL ON THE 29/12/2012, of R1072. My 3G on my ipad of 3G was used up in 4 mths which I also requested a report - still waiting for customer service to contact me!!!
