CREDIT CARD SETTLED IN FULL BUT STILL DEDUCTING

I recieved an sms this morning telling me that R400 rand had been deducted from my cheque account due to my credit card being in arrears to the value of R19810.00 an odd change, i have settled this account through the attorneys Connack and Mulder in September 2013, i have also sent the relevant settlement letter and proof of payment to [Email Removed] and have had no response from them via email or telephonically, who gives FNB the right to deduct money from my account without my consent and illegally due to your collections departments in capacity to do your jobs, i have tried to phone the relevant department and the operators are constantly busy, at 8;03 am. i want a response by the end of business today 20/01/2014 or this matter will be taken to the highest at FNB. i am amazed that no one in these deparments can actually balance an account of the same deposit and outstanding amounts.
