I only discovered yesterday, from Cellc that someone prescribed me to Mira Networks without my permission. I am aware of an sms I received on Saturday (01/02/14) asking me to subscribe at an amount of R7/3hrs BUT I DEFINITELY DECLINED IT. This is and due to this a deduction of R169.00 will be deducted from my cell c account. I have instructed my Lawyers to start with legal action against Mira Networks if the amount of R169.00 are not reversed or refunded back to me.
I received an sms this morning (confirming they will unsubscribe me from Nudigitscom within 24 hours under ref 172063 but I WANT MIRA TO REVERSE THIS CHARGES OF 169.00, UNACCEPTABLE.
They do not pick up their phones... Their call centre no 0861106472.
THIS IS SPAM/!!! AND SOMEONE NEED TO ACTION IT.
I give them until 12h00pm today (06/02/14) to refund/reverse or I will personally make sure I blacklist them today!!!
