I was "supposedly" given a 3 month credit starting November 2012. Nothing was explained as to how the credits will work and how the credits are given.

Instead it is left up to the client to try and figure out what the is going on if after 1 month there are suddenly account deductions then suddenly it is said that there was previous credits. obviously credit build up by the client them self and now suddenly they use that and say that they have given the credit.

If Cell C tell me they will give me a 3 month credit, then it means the following to me: No Monthly Deductions On any of my contracts for 3 months. Only should there be a usage more than the contract amount, then that difference will be deducted. And not using the credit build up by the client and then suddenly saying it is from Cell C.

If Cell C cannot fix their problems after 3 years then Cell C should not be in bussiness.

And if they cannot explain their credit to clients and expect a person to sniff it out, then its not worth trying to give credit.

Cell c must rather cancell all contracts except the contract on 0719664233 and the internet. that will be credit enough. as morning and evening talk does not match
