Still not resolved!

(Vodacom 3G Store) The battery life on my Blacberry Bold 9790 doesnt last, however the issue is NOT with the battery but with the device itself. The phone was booked in for repairs 16 Oct. The assitant advised me NOT to leave my battery as the repair centre has batteries. Three days later, I was called back to the store because they need the battery. At this point, Im already annoyed. TWO weeks later i collect my phone 31 Oct.1 November, I remove the battery to insert the sim only to discover that my battery (brand new) was not in the phone but an OLD battery. AGAIN back to Canal Walk to collect the battery which was not even sent with the phone to the repair centre, which means that there was NO need for me to return to the store on the 2nd occasion with the battery! After collecting the battery, fully charging it i log onto the internet and within 30mins it get a pop "battery to low for radio usage" REALLY. What do i need to do to get my phone FIXED???
