Took cell phone in for repairs due to cell phone not charging. The lady assisting us give the battery and back cover of cell phone back saying they do not need it. 3 weeks later they informed us via sms that the cell phone is ready for pick up at ather vodacom shop. On our arrival to pick up the cell phone the lady told us that they have send a message they could not fix because of no battery come on guys do you wanna tell me that vodacom repairs in nelspruit do not have any samsung S4 batteries now we have to wait another 3 weeks.
