Don't email my statement after 8 months or more?

I have been struggling to get Autopage to email me my statement for at least 8 months now. Every month I phone the call centre, they confirm that my email address is indeed correct, and that they will report this problem to their IT department. They then send me my statement manually and I do receive it, only to NOT receive one again come the next month.
I have been asking for reference numbers since September 2013 - 298128, 1549258, 309517, and again 309517 - they said they will re-open the last call again (same number), as I have not received my statement.
I have now again not received my statement for January 2014, and I am just so tired of phoning the call centre again.
Why is this happening now for so many months???
