I have contacted Vodacom on more than 2 occassions requesting them to change my banking details. The consultant I spoke with assured me that my new details were uploaded. I was amazed when my old account was debited and as a result the debit order bounced. Now I am told I have a penalty for the debit order that did not go though. I am not going to pay the stupid R100 they are demanding. It's not my fault the stupid dumb consulatant did do his job properly.
I hate such unprofessional conduct. Vodacom must take it's consulatants for proper training.
