Contract transfer mess-up

I took the time and effort, endured the WORST sales assistant and agreed to a transfer fee so that I could have my Vodacom contract transferred onto my own name. I received an sms saying that the transfer was done but then1st of Feb came and went, with no debit order going off.

Today, the person who used to be liable for my contract notified me that it still went off her account this month?!
She did not have enough money in her account (as she wasn't expecting it to be so much) so her bank account is now in arrears. She also said there was a possibility of my phone being cut off? That would be completely unacceptable as I use it for work too and cannot be disconnected.

I feel that this is off the previous owners account as you did NOT have permission to that much money off her account anymore.

To rectify this situation, I would like a Vodacom representative to contact my by no later than Friday 7 Feb. I also think it fair that I not be charged a transfer fee anymore due to the mess up on your side and the total inconvenience this has caused. I also expect you to cover any bank charges for bounced debit orders on the other person's account.
