Phone cur of for no reason and faulty phone

I am very unhappy with Vodacom. They have suspended my account for no reasons, and then I had to phone them to activate it again. I am also very unhappy due to the fact that I have purchased a Blackberry Bold (the 0 button keeps on pressing by itself, as well as the fact that the alt button does not work and it's only a month old. This is totally unacceptable.
