Warranty exchange with Refurb phone

I took my Blackberry Bold 9900 in to VODACOM for a battery problem and was told to buy a new battery. I was also told that the phone is faulty and needs to go to Gauteng repair centre! Was working fine according to me except for the battery. So off it goes, a week later they send me a 'refurb' unit as the other one is beyond repair!!

The 'refurb' unit arrives and the scroll button doesn't work nor the microphone as people can't hear me well! So off I go back to VODACOM. And guess what, the phone gets booked in and sent to Gauteng for repairs! ANOTHER WEEK OF INCONVENIENCE!

A 2nd 'refurb' phone is sent back. I transfer all data and start using. Volume button doesn't work and phone keeps hanging. SO I'm off to VODACOM AGAIN TODAY!

Such POOR quality control! Aren't these phones checked before being sent out? I can't keep driving up and down and changing phone every 2nd week! SORT THIS OUT VODACOM! If Blackberry are to blame then sort it out with them, you are their representatives! SEND ME A NEW PHONE IF YOU CAN'T REFURB PROPERLY!
