BB 9900 CONTRACT CONTINUOUSLY FAULTY VERY UNHAPPY

I purchased my Blackberry Bold 9900 last quarter of the year on contract and since I've had this phone I've had to take it in 5 times to be repaired at Cresta Mall (and am going on 6th because it's faulty again). From issues of my BIS services being randomly canceled to entire key-pad randomly stop working or certain letters being stuck this has been ridiculous. The worst thing is that the phone goes in and I do not get a replacement phone even though I am on contract and paying for a service! I'm just told phones are out of stock and I feel this is unacceptable. I pay monthly and then for weeks on end I do not have a phone because it has had to go to get fixed. I've had to bear with the "P" button and "M" button now randomly getting stuck after I'd say 2 months ago it went in because the entire key-pad stopped working. I'm very disappointed in the service given to me and this continual back and forth is honestly (I have to say again) unacceptable. What makes it worse is that I've already paid! I pay monthly and then phone has to go. As I said buttons are faulty again and I'm bearing with it because I'd rather that then have phone gone AGAIN!!! Highly disappointed in Vodacom!!!
