Incorrect billing and no assistance

Good day
I have spoken to 8 people from this morning to query the billing of my cell phone. No one has any answers as to what makes up the balance on my account. If Altech would like to get paid, I would appreciate someone calling me on 082 655 3003 and someone competent enough to understand my query.

I had a blackberry contract that was due to expire on 28 January 2013 - I am being charged in my Dec and Jan billing for BIS services that were already part of my contract. I moved to prepaid from 28 January and am currently loading prepaid airtime, however I am still being charged till 28 feb 2013 for my contract.

If someone can contact me with the correct amount to pay after all the above corrections, I will gladly make payment otherwise my account will continue to be in arrears.
