AT A POINT WHERE I DO NOT WANT TO DEAL WITH VODACO

I have been dealing with vodacom for the past 7 years. i have a blackberry 9300 in 2012 my phone has been in for repairs 4 times. it always came back and worker for a week and back to square 1. on the 4th time of booking it in i called head office and spoke to Zubher. explained to him that this is a on going problem, he apologises and went on to say that they will hand me a "NEW" phone. when i went to pick up my "NEW" phone only to find out it is a Refurbished phone " what the heck do you guys think i am". i went on to use the phone only to find out this phone is heating up and doing the exact same thins as the other phone did. in Jan i called the vodacom store in gateway to speak to the owner, i managed to speak to the owners son who asked me to come in the following day and book the phone in.i went in the next day and explained my story to the manager on duty and the owners son only to my surprise i was then handed ANOTHER refurbished phone which keeps switching off. HONESTLY GUYS WHAT THE DO URL THINK I AM, " A REFURBISHING PHONE FACTORY'
