Company does not want to repair cellphone

Dear Hellopeter

I am having problems with Vodacom, they don't want to repair my Blackberry or give me another phone.
As you can see below is the mail I sent to them, it explains everything that went wrong, now the manager of the repairs dep at Vodacom in midrand refuses to give me another phone as my account is in arrears & suspended.i still haven't even received any feedback from them as yet, no response to my mail nothing & sent this mail on Monday (14/01/2013), that's very professional of them..I am sorry but I am not going to pay for a phone that I cant use, I just think it's unfair of them to still expect payment for something the customer (me) can't use.

Hope you can take this complaint of mines into consideration, as I don't know what to do now. What you can see in the mail below will you be able to advise me as to what I must do.
