Cancellation of Contract

On the 29th of June my wife and I cancelled our Cell Phone contracts at N1 City Goodwood Cape Town branch.
The manager confirmed that both numbers would be changed to prepaid
0848620110 was cancelled after following up with the call centre yet 0848416712- was not.

These contracts were replaced with other contracts with another service provider - Cell C had confirmed that Porting would take awhile and we therefore undertook to use the new cell numbers and keep the Cell C numbers available on prepaid.

When calling the Service centre tonight I was told after waiting for a long time that I has missed the "Retention Dept" by 13 minutes
I asked to speak to her supervisor Ms/Mrs Tumiso Motsepe was called to the phone.
Although seeing the one contract cancellation, she would not accept accountability to follow up with the N1 City branch and told me that I have to sort it out with the branch, as to why they had only submitted only the one cancellation. She then went through the process of my third Authentication (in one call) to register the call as a cancellation of contract ref. no 3081503675.
The entire Call duration 35 minutes and 18 seconds. 8.03 pm 15/08/2013
