On June 14th I logged a call with the Cell C customer service about the service coverage in the the Randburg area since I was not able to receive any phone calls, SMSs and IMs in my area, even when I have full signal strength. On the 17th of June i received
a standardized thank you email from them noting that they will investigate the issue. It has been two months and I have not received any feedback from them and no technicians have come out to resolve my issue.
I have asked other Cell C users in the area if they have the same problem and they do. Network operations have not contacted me either.
I have ported from a reliable Vodacom network to Cell C for the fantastic data offerings that they have, but what is the point if i am never able to use the data I am paying for!
The customer feedback from Cell C company is very poor and they should be embarrassed as their radio ads are not true!
