I CHOSE NEOTEL AS MY PROVIDER ABOVE ALL OTHER PROVIDERS, DUE TO THE PRICING STRUCTURE, EARLY JAN RABECCA AND I HAD A MEETING WHERE I WAS LED TO BELIVE THAT MY TELEPHONE LINES WOULD BE INSTALLED WITHIN 10DAYS.A GUY WITH THE NAME OF TREY CONTACTED ME TWICE, WITH THE ATTITUDE AS IF HE IS DOING ME A FAVOUR BY INSTALLING THE LINES, THERE IS NO PROPER COMMUNICATION, AND YOUR SWITCH BOARD IS FOREVER BUSY I HELD ON FOR A TOTALL OF 17MINS BUT NO OPERATOR ANSWERED.I WANT TO INSTALL NEOTEL ON MY BUSSINESS PREMISIS, BUT AM DISGUSTED AT THE SERVICE, A INTERNATIONALLY RENOWNED BRAND BEING DEFACED HERE IN SOUTH AFRICA.I WANT SERVICE AND I WANT IT WITHOUT GLITCHES, I ALSO DONT WANT TO SPEAK TO ANY CONSALTANTS PLEASE MANAGERS CALL ME, IF U VALUE MY BUSSINESS YOU MAY CALL ME, IF NOT DO CARRY ON YOU GUYS ARE DOING A PRETTY GOOD JOB OF LOOKING BUSY AND EARNING SALARYS YOU DONT DESERVRE.
