USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have repeatedly tried to get useless Vodacom staff to help me activate LTE on my Samsung Note 2. After many many calls, and many dropped calls and many many responses, I STILL HAVE NO ASSISTANCE.

SO MUCH TO MOVING TO RED PACKAGE WHERE I WAS PROMISED BETTER SUPPORT.
