Im fighting this batle to get my phone fixed as it's been more than 4 months now that i'I've been requesting feedback calling the call centre, the MTN krugersdorp store to get my phone fixed and no one helps, yet im busy paying contract phone for a phone that im not using. Its 9810 blackberry touch phone. The manager at krugersdorp said he send an email to the repair centre manager Mlungisi that was november and no one comes back to him. Conrad manager at krugersdorp promises to call back but no one calls me back, instate im the one doing the follow up. MTN head office said they will assign someone to my case that was in Nov 2013 up until today no one called me. Im so tired of MTN they can not even retain your account but keeps on taking your money and not owning up to their promise. Now they are telling me that my phone is out of waranty and it's broken yet when i took it to the store it was not broken and the first time it went for reparis they gave us a quote and the second time it was returned and back to the store it's damaged and the repair centre says it's the store, the store says its the repair centre, no one wants to take the blame...
