Hello I am a farmer in North West province on which Cell C have entered into an agreement to erect a base station on my farm. Work started last year in Feb and I was assured by people from ZTE that the station would be operational after 45 working days! Its been almost a year now and still no base station! I have also incurred great costs because the foundation was left open 3meter deep holes during which period I had to provide feed for my cattle because I was unable too utelize the grazing that was available there because of the risks of the open foundations! I have tried to cantact Stanley numerous times during the last 5months to get my money back for the feed I had to purchase because of their negligence too no avail! I hold him personally accountable because of his position and because he to me on numerous occasions about the pay out for the feed!
