Can VODCOM not get there act togethe

I have been having the same problem for the last few months with regard to my payment. Every month pay my account by the 15th of each month and fax proof of payment to the number given to me in Johannesburg. But every month i am told my account is in the arrears, never had this problem before has only been the last few months. Have the staff become so incompetent the they can not do there job's anymore. I am sick and tired of this problem, and when i log on to my VODACOM and request a call back they do not phone back. I am ever so sorry i upgraded my account with VODACOM, should have went to another supplier, would have got better service.
