Disgusting service across the board at Cell C

Ought a Galaxy Y-Pro from Cell C and had absolutely no signal in my area (Triomf) since day one, I phoned Customer Care hundreds of times and none of the promises of sending out technicians etc were fulfilled. Eventually on 8/6/2013 I handed in the handset at the Cresta branch and Larry Mashua promised me that the contract would be cancelled and he even gave me a letter as proof which I can fax through. Since then the debit orders have still been going off every month even though I handed in the phone and suspended the contract. On 2/2/2015 I went to Cresta where the Manager assisted me and promised to sort everything out and give me a call, he has still not phoned me. Reference number: 4020200257 He said that Larry Mashua never had the contract suspended. I also cant get hold of him as I have been calling the Cresta branch all day long and no answer. I even tracked larry down who now works at your head office and he also does not return all my calls. I expect that all the money I have been paying since 8/6/2013 be refunded to me.
