SICK AND TIRED OF VODACOMS INCOMPETENCE

My phone has been softlocked 6 times this month. Every time I phone the accounts department I get a different reason. I have no way of communnication and I am sick and tired of this now. I am very close to taking my phone back to Vodacom and ending my contract and going to MTN. I cannot deal with this level of incompetence anymore. I do not have an arrears account and my outstanding bill is below my credit limit. How can they lock my account? I am done with Vodacom. I am going to lose the data and airtime on my phone on the 31st of January. I don't see how that is fair if I can't use my phone
