Hello again
Once again I have a problem with Vodacom and I'm beginning to lose my temper.
For 1, please indicate to me where my R100 balance brought forward was deducted off my latest payment?
2, I was wondering for almost a week as to why I could not see who was calling me only to have Vodacom tell me that is extra cost... WHY AM I PAYING FOR THIS TWICE ON MY STATEMENT?? AND WHY DOES NOBODY MENTION THIS TO ME IN THE BEGINNING OF MY CONTRACT??? So I don't actually pay R349per month, I actually pay R362 something or other because of your little rip off charges in between.
3, I still have not been debited for this month. When my debit did not go off on the 2nd I phoned through to your call centres and they said it will be fixed this month to go off on the 2nd next month and this month would go off on the 15th. The 15th has come and gone and no money has been debited from my account.
How ironic is it that I am actually enquiring as to why you aren't taking my money? It is not my job to run after Vodacom! It is now the 20th of May and no indication has been brought to me whatsoever regarding my payment except for automatically generated invoices I've received.
