I have 3 accounts with Vodacom and have been a loyal Vodacom customer for many years (14). My account came into arrears last year when I last my job. When I got a new job again i paid my account up to date. Only problem is I had to pay R280 extra for each line I went to do so at Key West shopping centre Vodacom to do exactly do that. There they told me I must pay my account up to date, very frustrated I left and phoned customer service again. They told me its paid up to date, I need to go back and sort it out. So the next weekend I went back to Key west and told him what they told me. ONCE AGAIN he told me my account is in arrears he cant help me till a pay it. Week after week I tried to phone customer service and sort it out I came no where at all!!! Monday 25th March 2013 I received a call from Vodacom legal collectors name Nosipho, she told me I have been put on ITC??? I explained her my problem she told me I must fax proof of payment to her. I have done so, and now I cant get hold off her, she gave me 2 days then I am on ITC. That means I have bad credit thanx to Vodacom. I still have my proof of payments, Vodacom needs to rectify this ASAP.
