I never upgraded on the day that vodacom say I upgraded. I have been speaking to 6 persons about this problem but no-one came back to me (like they said they would). I went to vodacom customer care in Menlyn with same problem. Also promised to come back to me!
I am currently on red advantage contract but every month i get a sms stating that my request to be moved to Talk 500 will be done at the end of the month. And i never requested anything like that. I do phone them stating that i did not request this.
So i want to know whats going on with my account. What am i suppose to do to get any satisfaction from vodacom? Because i as a customer is paying for this terrible service.
Just now i phoned vodacom again and after 12minutes holding I got cut of.
Frustrated!!!
