I have two numbers with you guys, one on contract and the other on pay as you go and I'm using two different phones...
The problem that I have is with your data connection.
I use to be able to connect and get either 3G or HSDPA in the beginning of the year.
Since around March, this year, I'm struggling to get a proper signal from your base station even though the base station is 500meters from my house.
My average ping use to be around 80ms, but now its around 280ms.
I have reported this numerous times to your call center but was informed to rather install an ADSL line to resolve.
Now guys, surely that is not the answer you give your customers?
If I install an ADSL line, you will loose monies as I wont be buying data bundles for my phone?
