For over a year, the base station for Cell C that overlooks Oakdene (I think it falls under Towerby, in the south of Johannesburg) looses signal. I was told by one of Cell C technicians that the base station would be upgraded within 3 months. That is a year ago. Nothing has been done. We have had no signal now since yesterday morning (Tuesday 12/02/2013). I am not a Cell C customer but a Virgin Mobile customer, but they use Cell C base stations. My Virgin ref # is: 2886701. What is being done about it?
