I have entered into a contract with cell c to give them access to build a base station on my farm in 2009. Site construction started last year in February and to this date only the foundation is finished!! I also have incurred great costs because of negligence on their behalf as the site was not enclosed and I could not use the grazing that was available there because of the 3 meter deep holes. I was too afraid that my cattle would fall in and because of that I had too provide feed for 2 months until some one finally came too enclose the site! As you probably know North West was declared as a emergency drought stricken province lasts year and although I explained it too ZTE and Infracloud which was contracted by cell c I still have not even received the money a had to spend on the feed let alone the costs of extra workers as well as diesel for preparing the feed and so forth! After numerous conversations with J. Brits (Cell c), Stanley from ZTE and Infracloud in which I was promised compensation by Stanley, I still have not received a penny until today!
