Horrible Service

I bought a bed at Joshua Doore in November last year. But i only started using the bed in June when i moved into my own place. I discovered that the holes on the base were a bit bigger so the begs legs did not fit properly. My job required me to move around a lot so in August 11th i reported the matter to April and the people from the factory contacted me and they said they will send a new base and that they did. They told me that my base had arrived and i was very happy, i had to wait for two weeks before it was delivered and when they eventually delivered it the base was smaller than the mattress. I called the April immediately to tell him so that he can send his drivers back instead he argued with me over the phone. I then went to the shop a number of times but was still not given the feedback that i needed to hear i then decided to speak to the branch manager and he told me that they've sent the purchase order and they'll call me on Tuesday which was yesterday and didn't. Never do, am the one that always has to call them or personally go to the shop. i don't owe Joshua Doore and i never missed any payments! With this kind of treatment don't think i'll ever buy anything there!!!
