I had bought a bed from Mason's Furniture almost one year ago in December 2012.
We had a problem with the bed delivered as the legs for base did not fit, Rest Assured sent a consultant to sort this out immediately. We then had a second problem with the bed and Rest Assured then again confirmed that the base was defective and then during the course of this year 2013 replaced the base.
We in December 2013 now again we having a problem with the mattress as I am now having severe back pains. Rest Assured came out for the third time (Jason) in mid December 2013 and told me the base is at fault again. How this was determine phases me as I told Jason that the mattress is making noises as soon as I down on it.
I called Jason today 20.12.2013 and was told he just came out to check what was the problem and it was up to Rest Assured to replace the base - but noting to date has been done and Rest Assured is closed for the holidays. I was sold a defective bed/base and within a year it has given three issues.
I will not refer anyone to buy a Rest Assured product!!!
