I've got very bad coverage at my home and tried more than once to get it reported. Every time there is an excuse. Today I tried again and spoke to Thupana. What a disappointment to try to work with someone with such bad attitude. All I want is for my coverage problem to be sorted without having to deal with people that actually do not want to do the job thinking they do me a favour to talk to me. The reference number is 61301. Please fix the coverage problems asap and get people that actually want to work and appreciate their jobs to work for you.
