I have been with Iburst for a very long time. I have been living at my present home address for more than 3 years now with average iburst coverage (between 80 to 90%) and have been using my iburst modem from home for personal and work related purposes. Since Wednesday 13 March I all of the sudden have no iburst reception. (No Signal)
I phoned iburst to find out whether they have changed their coverage area and they said they did not. According to their coverage map on their website I am supposed to have coverage. They cant give me a answer or explenation why after more than 3 years I all of the suden have no signal reception.
I have taken my iburst modem to my office (less than 10km from my home) and have good coverage. It is definitely not a modem problem.
What happened to providing a good service and a good product?
