I have not had 3G coverage for the past three weeks in my area of residence. I have contacted the MTN customer service who initially directed me to their coverage department, who only work during the day. When I got hold of them I got the worst service ever. They could not tell me when they would resolve the problem. I called again a week later and was directed to the Coverage department who were not helpful. Its been three week already, cant use my 3 G at home which means I cant work. What me off is that they just continue passing the buck and not coming to the party to assist me and following up. I have lost any hope of getting this resolved. maybe this is a issue as the place i live in is for black people, therefore its assumed they dont need 3G service. I have lost any hope of this matter being resolved.
So to MTN yes you have the worst service, I planning on cancelling my contract as you have not delivered on the agreement to provide me with 3G coverage which I paid for.
