Misleading customers on coverage

I got the 10gb contract from 8ta Wednesday, first struggled our buts of to get it activated but that is not the problem, the problem is that before we got the contract we went to 8ta's website to the link that says "Our Coverage" and we viewed there that the area we will be in has coverage (3g coverage). But after struggling a whole day we at the end get a answer that sorry but that is not the 8ta coverage you need to click on a special link to view the 8ta covergage and sorry you are not covered. Firstly now I sit with a sim card of 200/month x24 that I can do nothing with. Secondly HOW can you say "Our Coverage" but actually show other providers coverage and then require a special link to see yours? Any web users would expect that yours will be show for it says Our Coverage? Now it is my problem but I feel this is false advertising and on purpose misleading information. I am truly unhappy. Also what confuses me is the agent who tried to help me says that Pre-paid will work there but not our contract? Thus your pre-paids is better than your contracts? How can that be. Like I said I am truly very unhappy with this.
