I've been with 8ta for more than 2yrs
I recently was interested in their laptop deal of which i applied for at their Sandton City store through a consultant by the name of Zack. I provided them with the necessary docs and filled in their forms, this Zack guy told me i will get a response in an hour of which i never did, till I had to go back to the shop a week later only to find out my application wasn't put through. The guy promised me he will get on it ASAP and again i"ll get a response in an hour.
Again they never responded until i had to call them to find out what was the reason for the delay, i got the same response till i asked for their manager who they said was not available but they will ask him to call me once he gets back and this will be in an hour or 2. I had to call the shop again after 3hrs and ask for the manager by the name of Bobby again, which i spoke to and promised that he'll fix the problem ASAP and get back to me 1st thing in the morning and guess what He never did. I had to call him the next day around 3 to find out why he didnt get back to me. I was shocked to find out my application was still not processed. im in my week 3 now
