90days later no delivery of my upgrade

I have been struggling for over 3mths to get my phone delivered to me. I'm so disapointed with virgin mobile. I have spoken to numerous people and everyday another story. One agent says its been released by the warehouse and will be delivered the next agent says its out of stock then a system error now the phone is pending on the system. This is ridiculous service from virgin mobile and staff don't communicate. They say 5 to 7 working days it will be delivered false promises and false advertising. I will be taking this further. How can it take 90days and still no delivery and from being delivered topending still on your systems. I will be making an effort to broaden this complaint so all customers know how ridiculous virgin mobile is.
