We have 2 lines with neotel
Our account is always paid by due date and up to date
This morning I received an sms stating that the account is in arrears and that it will be suspended if not paid
1st call - person is unable to assist or help
2nd call - I am told that account is up to date, and that the sms was sent incorrectly. This is however not the fault of Neotel, as their LAWYERS send the sms? I say this is unacceptable. And then I am put on hold for the billing department who do not answer their phones
Also, the tellephone number on the SMS supplied only rings and is not answered
this is NOT the level of service I expect from my service provider taking into account that my part of our contract is always fulfilled
